The service was alright, and the atmosphere was buzzing with energy. The drinks were affordable, and I had this amazing mix and match platter that was perfect for sharing, seriously worth every penny.
It wasn’t exactly low-priced, but still decent for what you got.

I had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the cozy vibe of my room along with a tasty dinner at the pub downstairs. It was great that there was a lounge area to unwind and a decent selection of tv channels to chill out with. Only downside was that the bathroom could use some upkeep, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it! 😊

Great location but could be better
We stayed for 4 nights and the place is perfectly situated in Luton. Super close to the mall and loads of eateries. The English breakfast was a highlight, so big and tasty! But, honestly, the toilets were a mess, really need some TLC. And the staff seemed pretty overwhelmed, which slowed things down a bit.

Cozy stay in the heart of Luton
Had a lovely one night stay! The staff were super friendly and helped with everything. My room was on the top floor and quiet, which was nice! I tried the full English breakfast, and it was tasty and cheap. Only downside was the noise from the bar area, especially on weekends.

I had a night at The Red Lion recently. The location felt central, which was a plus. The staff greeted me warmly and even helped with my bags. My room was decent and included all the essential amenities. I slept surprisingly well. the room remained quiet through the night. Breakfast stood out for me, well-prepared and served promptly. But a few areas could use attention. The shower pressure fluctuated during my stay, making it a bit annoying while trying to rinse off. I also noticed some of the furnishings appeared dated and could benefit from a refresh. A touch more attention to cleanliness in some areas would enhance the experience. With some minor upgrades, this place could really shine. I’d consider staying again for the friendly staff and overall decent accommodations.

The room was super spacious and really clean, which is always a major plus. The bed was comfy too, made it easy to get some good sleep. Amenities were on point, like a kettle for tea and coffee. A bit shabby from the outside, but inside it felt cozy and well put together. No complaints overall!

great access to parks and popular landmarks for strolls
During my weekend stay, I was thrilled to discover that the hotel is just a short walk from Wardown Park, which offers lovely green spaces and stunning views, perfect for a peaceful stroll, and I loved how easy it was to reach the Luton Town Hall, a beautiful landmark that’s just a few steps away, making my explorations so enjoyable. although the room had all the basics, the old carpets could use a refresh to make the stay even better.
